Refund Retention Slabs & Timelines
Refund percentages are calculated against the formally notified last date of admission for the respective academic year.

| 90% | Less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission | 10% deduction of total aggregate course fees. |
| 80% | 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission | 20% deduction of total aggregate course fees. |
| 50% | 30 days or less, but more than 15 days, after formally notified last date of admission | 50% deduction of total aggregate course fees. |
| 0% | More than 30 days after formally notified last date of admission | No refund applicable after the 30-day post-commencement threshold. |
Procedure to Apply for Refund
- Submit a formal written application addressed to the Principal citing the admission application number and roll number.
- Attach original fee payment receipt(s) issued during the admission process.
- Provide active verified bank account details (Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code) for direct account transfer.
- Eligible refunds will be processed and disbursed within 15 working days from approval.
Return of Original Certificates
In accordance with UGC regulations, all original certificates and academic records deposited by the student at the time of admission will be returned immediately upon completing the clearance process without withholding.
